Yes iived in Cambodia for over a year before no issues. I came with a 6 month visa and extended it twice. Not one problem. I'm thinking of moving back. Thailand has become too stressful and unnecessary with the visa changes every other rainstorm. 🙄

If you don’t need to work and have coin get an elite visa. No restrictions.
. There are correct visas. Spouse visas for spouses. Work visas for workers. Volunteer visas for volunreers. Dependant visas for dependants. Education visas for students. Business visas for business owners.
If you dont fit into one of these categories then you are a tourist. And theres a visa for that too,
