Does anyone have a "Fit to Fly Certificate" they could send me? So that I can print it out and get a signature from a doctor.
Can't find any official examples online and the private COVID clinics here don't provide that service either.
Thanks! 😊

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post requests for a "Fit to Fly Certificate," needed for travel, as the poster could not find official examples online. Several commenters provided resources, including a template from the Royal Thai Embassy in Seoul. A discussion followed regarding the timing of obtaining the certificate relative to COVID-19 test results, emphasizing that the certificate must be issued within 72 hours of the flight. Clarifications were made on how to obtain the certificate after testing.
It’s possible to just fake the fit to fly certificate? Haha 😂

Is it right that you have to get the fit to fly certificate after your covid 72 hour result..if so ,how would you have time to book a doctor's appointment or get them to sign a fit to fly form..?
From what I'm reading ,the covid test result is at best arriving 1 day before your flight departure..
Or maybe you can take the test maybe 4 or 5 days before and just ensure the result doesn't arrive earlier than 72hours before..
Is this possible?
Any informed decisions would be very welcome..))

Singapore they would only do fit to fly on day of flight or less than 24 hrs before
, in my case i did the covid test and when collecting the result the doctor gave the FTF certificate also (after asking a few simple questions). You have to inform the hospital where you take the test that you need this cert also. Make sure they put on the paper that it is a FTF certificate. The test date is on the results, you cannot do it earlier then the 72 hours.
