A friend of mine suggested me to get Non (O) family visa for your brother

Please advice do I need go with that or TR visa ?what would be the best one for him ?

He doesn’t have bank statement

So I will be the one who will sponsor him 🙂

Any additional info could be really appreciated

TLDR : Answer Summary
The person is seeking advice on the best visa option for their younger brother's visit to Thailand, considering they hold a Non-B work visa and a work permit. A commenter suggests that if the visit is less than 60 days, the brother could apply for a TR visa on his own, but sponsoring him would involve more paperwork.

If he isn't staying more than 60 days then let him have TR visa on his own. If you will sponsor then there is a pile of paper work that needs to be done.
