What should I write in the 'Arrived by' fields on TM 7 and TM 8 forms for my extension and re-entry visa in Thailand?

For filling out the TM 7 and TM 8 forms, you should always list your most recent arrival date to Thailand. This means that on TM 7, in the section 'Arrived by.....from....', you should write down the date of your most recent trip back to Bangkok. Similarly, on TM 8, in the blank 'I arrived in Thailand on....date...', you should provide the date of your latest entry stamp.
