Hello I did my Retirement Visa in Samui. I am moving to BKK. Is there anything I need to be aware of? Do I need to visit Samui Immigration before I leave or Bangkok when I arrive? My next 90 day check in I should be in Bangkok. Thank you for your help xxx

I've moved a couple of times. The first landlord gave me a signed power of attorney to do their report on their behalf, a copy of their ID, house book, and lease. The second time, the new landlord came with me. Everytime, I got an official address notification slip, stapled to the back of the passport, and a new 90 day reporting slip as well. You can move anywhere but the new address report is suppossed to be done at the new IO in 24 hrs.

Just get your landlord in Bangkok to register a TM30 for you. This will then make Bangkok your "home" immigration office

You're already in your 1 year extension right? You'll need to go to bkk and submit a tm28 (right?) change of province.
