Just sharing info:

Went to do my first 90 day check in on Samui based on my new extension of stay, over 50, from an original OA visa five years ago.

No mention of TM30 even though I had been back to England. It was all done in about 5 mins.

As I picked up my passport, the lady did politely tell me that next time I renew it (August) I would be required to have an insurance policy from the approved list of companies.

a 30 Day check in after a 1 year Extension of Stay which actually is 9 months as you say you have to apply for a new Extension in Aug next year. Please explain this
