Has anyone lost their residence certificate? If so, can you get a police report then be issued a substitute? Or do you have to go through the process again?

you should try to see if you can file a 90 day report online this next time it's due. That's the good thing about it, you can see all your previous 90 day reports you've done online and view and print them if you lose the paper in your passport
I think you should do exactly what I told you, get a police report, go to the immigration office, check with the 90 day report room to see when your next 90 day report is, see if they can print a receipt for you. and if they can't go see if you can do a certificate of residence with the police report as proof you did a 90 day report

Do you think they would be able to print me another off? With a police report?

you can only look at previous 90 day reports you've done ONLINE, not ones you've done in person.
Ok. I've no idea but that shouldn't be a problem. They can just print another from the system. Could you get on the online reporting and print another yourself. I don't know if that's possible but Tod would.

Nono. I have my landing card, it's the 90 day slip that I've lost.

Some immigration offices will just issue another TM6 landing card. I think that's what you mean? Not all would require a police report. If you can get that, then just try to get another residents certificate.

Hey Ron, thanks for the reply. I'd prefer to do that, only problem is I've also lost my 90 day report card (I know) I'm going to immigration tomorrow to report the lost 90 day and I was hoping with that report I'd be able to get another residence certificate?
I could also bring my condo lease, bills etc

The certificate from immigration to register a car, obtain a driving licence etc.

What do you mean with a residence certificate?

Can't see it's a problem simply walking in and getting another? You don't need to say you lost it.
