Hoping someone can help. I’m trying to do a TV application for the London embassy for my mother. I am having huge difficulties. I am able to select travel document Passport and then the next pop down box says Tourist Visa and Tourism/leisure activities. You can only select the Tourism Leisure activities. I then select the visa type (TV) then a yellow box pops up saying Warning Invalid purpose of visit. Please can someone help as I think there must be an issue. Thank you 🙏🏻

I didnt think you could apply for a Tourist Visa at the consulates any more? My understanding is you have to do the application on line via Thaievisa. If it is possible I can still get a TV myself as no appointments left in London before I start my trip.

I did: Type or Travel Document: Ordinary Passport

Purpose of Visit: Tourism / Leisure activities

and automatically the Visa Type changed into Tourist Visa.

I guess you still have an application pending, go to the home page, open up finish pending visa applications, choice all, take a date a few months back and search, delete all try outs and then start again.

Yes, you have to start with a clean, new application. Older pending applications will just bring you back to earlier options and disrupt your new application

thanks for your response. Every time I select it just jumps back with the error message. She has 3 other open incomplete applications so I’ll go in and delete them and see how I get on.
