My girlfriend registered my TM30 when I arrived in BKK but we didn't print out a copy at that time. Since then we have logged back onto the system and we couldn't find the TM30 on there and it said they are only stored for 7 days.
I am looking to extend my stay here for a further 30 days at IT Square Laksi but don't have the copy of the TM30. Will they be able to check from there side when I go to extend or will I need to show proof (photocopy, screen shot) that I have a registered TM30?
I know they have changed the system for the TM30 recently so just wanted to know people's experiences that have extended there stay at Bangkok immigration since the changes where made.
I have extended my stay in Thailand ( Bangkok) many times so know the documents required but not sure since the new changes where made.
Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on the need for a TM30 copy when extending their stay in Thailand. Their TM30, registered by their girlfriend, wasn't printed and seems to have been removed from the system after 7 days. While responses suggest that the TM30 is typically accessible by immigration if registered, users also recommend re-registering for a TM30 to ensure there's documentation on hand. The new system may require re-registration but allows for a PDF copy to be generated.
I think Iโm seeing that only landlords or business owners can register. Iโm leasing a home, and Iโve already received one TM30 in person. Can you point me to the website where I can register?
yes it says that apparently but I registered in my own name - received userid and filed a tm30 on behalf of my wife, The official tm30 immigration.go.th - the other tm30. Io

The new system does not retain the ability to search after 7 days.
Re register and save the pdf or screenshot for the future.

You need to register again. No problem

You have to search the specific date range and it will show. The new system also allows a PDF copy to be generated
thank you for your reply. As always very helpful and direct.
Much appreciated ๐๐

Usually don't need it at IT Square Laksi if it's already in the system. But there's no reason at all you can't just file a new one and take that paper if you want to be sure. You can file a new TM30 every day if you want. You just need the most recent one at the address you're staying at for your application.
