What Should I Do About My Overdue 90-Day Report in Thailand?

Hello everyone,

I am over due to do my 90 day report. I was meant to do my report on the 3rd of June. But my college had informed me that I didn't have to do my report any longer as I was under the amnesty.

I will be going this Friday, the 24th of July, to do my report. I was told by my college that I will not need to pay any fines. Is this true?

This is also my first time doing the report. What documents do I need exactly?

Any information will be helpful.

how about stating WHEN your 90 day report was due AND when you actually filed it?

IF your report was due AFTER March 26th, you didn't have to report until July 31st and if you did you wouldn't get a fine. Now that amnesty has been extended you don't need to really file a report until Sept 26th,

 to my knowledge it has not yet been signed by Prayuth OR published in the Royal Gazette so "officially" at least amnesty goes until next Friday. :P

 yeah that's what I thought I'm supposed to do my 90 day report at Udon by the 31st July but going to BKK tomorrow..trying to get confirmation to save a 100kl round trip drive

90 day is back on and I did mine last week.

You get 90 days from the day you go NOT from the day of the one missed due to lockdown btw.

Same procedure as normal and don’t fail to go.

You need your passport, your address registration and the form TM47 which you can fill out on arrival

 your address registration is given to you by your landlord or house owner, You did use a copy to get the Extension of Stay
