Hi everyone

Me AGAIN. So I am busy waiting for my new school to prepare my documents to get a new non-b. I would like to know what happens with my daughters visa? She is on a ED Visa for now that I need to extend but we have moved from Phuket to Samui, Is there any way to transfer her visa? I don't mind doing another visa run but really would like to avoid putting her on the bus again.

Should I also just go to immigration in Samui and ask?

I guess your daughter is going to school, so you can ask the school for the needed papers to apply for an Extension of Stay at Koh Samui Immigration.

When the school name is on the visa it could be a problem. Than you have to visit Immigration on Samui and explain that you moved to Samui for the job. I wish you good luck that it will work out.
