TLDR : Answer Summary
The WP3 letter is necessary for obtaining a Non-B visa in Thailand. It is a document provided by the Ministry of Labor after applying for a work permit, and it must be submitted at the Department of Labor. This form is crucial in the visa application process, as it confirms the application status and outlines any additional documents required for the submission.
This form is the WP3 form that has to be filled out and handed in at the Department of Labour. Then you will get a document from them that states that you have applied for your workpermit and that form goes to the Thai Consulate.
