This is an everything else question. Does anyone know what pack of Iscore cigarettes have the menthol ball that you can crush inside. I buy Marlboro Arctic X which is 170 baht and was told that these other cigarettes are less than half the price and are virtually the same.

Marlboro is 2x more expensive than Iscore, all types. And, Iscore is 2x more expensive than those being sold in markets or sidewalks when you get lucky to spot 'em. All are similar to the taste and quality. Start asking a Thai smoker, quick!
