I have some friends coming from Bulgaria, and with the eVisa on arrival, they get 15 days. I was wondering what the easiest way for them to get an extension on that would be.
Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
Visitors entering Thailand with the eVisa on arrival are granted a stay of 15 days and are not eligible for extensions. If they wish to stay longer, they must depart Thailand at the end of the 15 days. Alternatively, applying for a Single Entry Tourist Visa (which allows for a 60-day stay) through the eVisa system could be a better option as it can be extended.
Unfortunately, entry on Visa On Arrival (eVOA or nor) is NOT eligible for tourism extension. They needs to leave Thailand at the end of 15 days of VOA.
If they applied for Single Entry Tourist Visa on eVisa system, and are stamped in for 60 days, they can apply for tourism extension addition to 60 days.
