My lady of almost 2 years and i are about to make application for her to travel to Australia
Shes on her 3 passport for travel to other countries mostly italy
Wondering if best moove is a tourist visa. A spouse visa partner visa. Or should i marry the girl if it makes it easier for her to come to Australia ?? Ive been told marriage visa is so much more expensive than other options.
Any advise on a successful application would be appreciated
I assume that shes travelled in the past may be an advantage
But also well aware Australia is tough to get into even though ive paid my taxes my whole life they choose who and were i can have a partner
If it makes any difference i hold a thai retirement visa mutiple entry drivers licence in Thailand etc 🤷

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on the best visa option for his girlfriend to travel to Australia, considering whether a tourist visa, partner visa, or marriage would be the best route. Commenters suggest that a visitor visa (subclass 600) could be viable if she is financially stable and has a good travel history. They recommend applying for a partner visa only if planning to reside together, as that process is lengthy and expensive. Some advise traveling to Australia as a tourist and getting married there, as it could simplify the situation. The user holds a Thai retirement visa and is seeking tips for a successful application.

Go to Australia as a tourist n marry her in australia.far much easier if she's in the country than out of the country.they ask too many questions n long delays for processing if out of the country

If she is financially stable and has travelled to other countries without "incident" such as overstating, she wouldn't have much trouble getting a visitor visa. Her application has nothing to do with you unless you are financially sponsoring her.
My wife easily got multiple visitor visas to Aust before and after marriage because she was working full time and had travelled all over the world without incident. All she needed from me was a letter of invitation.
Partner visas are a long , expensive and drawn out process. Not worth it unless you are planning to live there together.
