This is the copies you need in Bangkok at the immigration office

AND you need the transfer stamp application form that you get from the counter than hands out forms.

When you received your new passport the embassy should have given you a letter to present to immigration, you’ll need that letter.

Plus copies of both old and new passports.

Somewhere on this group is a thread from when I did this back in November 2020 at Chaengwatthana.
