What documents and copies are needed for a 30-day extension at MTT in Thailand?

To apply for a 30-day extension at MTT, you'll need to provide several documents. Two copies of your passport data page (black and white is acceptable), two copies of your entry stamp and TM6, two photos, a TM30 form (which may not always be required but it's good to have), and the TM7 form can be filled out on-site.
