A group of Indian friends is coming to Thailand for about 2 weeks and are unaware of visa requirements. I know that Indian citizens have been granted a waiver of VISA requirements by the Thai Government until November.
Does it mean that they do not have to prepare any particular document and they will just get stamped at the airport?
Thank you very much for your kind advice and have a good day.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Indian citizens visiting Thailand for up to 30 days are eligible for a visa exemption until November. Upon arrival, they will receive a stamp at the airport, but should be prepared to present their accommodation details, proof of onward travel within the 30-day period, and at least 20,000 Thai Baht or its equivalent in cash.
Also suggest you ask this question on other Indian in Thailand Facebook forums. They will be able to say what their arrival experiences have been as Visa Exempt Entries.
James ********
Upon arrival into Thailand, they will be stamped in for 30 days.
They are entering Thailand : VISA EXEMPT ENTRY.
They should be able, IF ASKED by Thai Immigration Officer, to have an address of where they will be staying during their first few days.
And be able to show PROOF of their ticket departing Thailand within the 30 days stamp they will receive.
And 20,000 Thai baht or in equivalent currency in CASH.
