Hello everyone, I have a retirement visa that I'm on. My question is, my wife has a restaurant and I will move there and live upstairs. What do I or does she need to do for the reporting? I'm confused as to who does what report. Thanks.

She will need to do the TM30 report of a foreigner coming to stay at her address. Also, do not ever help out in the restaurant as you are on a retirement visa which prohibits any form of work (being paid or not is irrelevant).

 TM30 still works the same with visa or extension, right? Isn’t the Non-OA kind of a retirement visa?

most likely the OP is on extension of stay based on retirement. A retirement visa does not exist. Do the TM30 thing first, than 90day reporting. And before the extension expires do a timely renewal.
