TLDR : Answer Summary
A Dutch passport holder under 50 currently on a visa exemption who wishes to stay longer in Thailand without working can consider several options. The Thai Elite Visa is one option, which requires contacting their official site for specifics. The METV (Multiple Entry Tourist Visa) can be a viable alternative, especially as it allows up to six months and can be extended, which makes it straightforward and less stressful. Another future consideration could be marrying a Thai national, although this might not be preferred. It's crucial to prepare adequately for immigration inquiries and ensure having sufficient funds and proof of accommodation.
you can extend the 6 month METV to get 9 months out of it

You could get a 6 month METV visa cost is $200, closest embassy to apply for it is in Perth Australia...there is no limit on these visas, I personally know someone on their 5th consecutive one
Ok are there any cheaper options for my case to stay longer in thailand

The advocate of the devil, just read this. You see it when you just hover the mouse over your name: Lives in Muang Loei, Loei, Thailand. Does not looks like a tourist who is not living in Thailand.

That's all sorted everytime before I enter thailand because I read that from you alot
We can only give advice, what ever you like to do with this advice is your choice. If you like to stay a longer time inside of Thailand, we see regular reports of people being denied entry using this Visa Exempt Entry or Tourist Visa on a back to back basis or with short intervals in other countries. That is the risk you take, you can prepare yourself for questions an entry points with the minimum for 20.000 Thb or equivalent currency in cash, proof of onward travel and proof of accommodation.

I am not living I am staying in hotels and different condos
We can not tell if you're okay or not. The decision is made by the Immigration Officer. The Visa Exempt Entry and the Tourist Visa are not to be used for living inside Thailand. And to be he devils advocate: You saved $$, you just come to bring money, but you can not afford the correct visa to do this? Sounds strange.
I read that they gonna ask questions if I have many tourist visa so if I have my 2nd tourist visa from vientiane and I get stopped and I explain my situation I will be ok right

The only good reason for Immigration Is that you have a visa that fits the purpose of your stay.

If I get stopped by immigration asking what's my deal in thailand and I tell them that I had a car accident I'm not able to work and I want to stay here on the money of my settlement that would be a good reason or not
I went to the Silom office, filled out some paperwork, they took a photocopy if my passport, took a pic...3 weeks later they contacted me and I paid the money...super easy
Not from agencies, lawyers etc who do the legwork for you to apply at Immigration Office. The only way to get the Thai Elite Visa is to contact the organization, this is a T.A,T organized visa and you can not get this yourself at Immigration.
