thanks I was just about to ask about the waiving of fines -- I'm due for a border run early march, can I delay it simply because I don't want to be exposed to crowds, transport, etc?
I'm almost 100% certain the answer is no. But ask your immigration office if they can issue you some type of special waiver and let us know what they say.
