I recently moved house and my new landlord has not yet completed a TM30 report (nearly a month)
Can anyone advise, what are the implications for me and for the landlord and what can do if they continue to not report?

TLDR : Answer Summary
An expat has raised concerns about their new landlord's failure to complete a TM30 report, which is required for foreigners residing in Thailand. The comments suggest that the expat can self-file a TM30 report using their lease agreement, especially if they are in Bangkok. The potential implications include legal issues for the landlord and possible complications for the expat's residency status.
IO will fine the Landlord 1600,- THB. The tenant must pay this for the Landlord or has to wait until the Landlord did. TM 30 report will be done after payment.
