Hello… has anyone flown Singapore airlines to bkk from the uk? If so, is a RT-PCR test within 48 hours all you need. It’s impossible to get any info from the airline

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry involves traveling from the UK to Bangkok (BKK) on Singapore Airlines, specifically asking about the necessity of a RT-PCR test within 48 hours for entry into Thailand. Community responses indicate that more is required beyond just a COVID test to enter Thailand, suggesting there are additional travel regulations. Users express their experiences and frustrations with gathering information from the airline.
My god some dumb comments.. perfectly normal to fly via SG to Thailand considering SQ safest and one of the best airlines.. may take an extra 30 to 60mins
exactly mate. I don’t even comment to these clearly stupid people! Singapore rated number one airline in the world which is why I wanted to fly with them and see the experience for myself!
Most travellers, including Singapore citizens and permanent residents, transiting through Singapore will be required to take a pre-departure Covid-19 test within two days of their flight to Singapore.
The test must be taken at a recognised or accredited clinic, laboratory, or medical facility. Please note that self-administered pre-departure Covid-19 tests will not be accepted for transit through Singapore.
Singapore Airlines just says any test that is government accredited is ok.. and for entry into Singapore pre depature can be a lateral flow but may need different for Thailand entry
it isn't going to list every provider worldwide is it. It would be one hell of a long list. Besides I cannot understand anyone flying to Singapore to get to bkk try looking at at a map. You will have flown over Bkk to get to Singapore

I’m sorry if I sound silly but I’m confused now. I fly on the 16th from the uk and I have a RT- PCR Test booked for the 15th. That’s all good isn’t it?
fly from Manchester to bkk with a transit in Singapore. I’m using a company called randox health who are at the airport for my covid test but people are telling me Singapore airlines only accept certain providers. So I’m trying to find out if randox is one of them.
yes I’ve seen that I was just wondering if that is all I need! I’m also trying to see if they allow the company I’ve booked my test with! Impossible to get hold of anyone at Singapore airlines
