I've just crossed Ban Laem (Cambodia) 21.03.20, 6PM. Before entering Thailand they check everything very carefully. First, if your country is on the list, second if you have a medical certificate. We also had a temperature measured.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the entry process into Thailand from Cambodia during the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting thorough checks including country eligibility, medical certificates, and temperature checks. Several commenters inquire about the specifics of the medical certificate and the entry conditions based on different nationalities.
And before nr 974 start asking the same question, i thank the OP for this update and I wish other read first before they type.

I crossed into Thailand via Had Lek (Cambodia) today. No real questions and health check just temperature taking and questions. I am UK passport holder. I wasn't asked about insurance

I just google mapped Ban Laem, Cambodia and I get nothing. They just show Ban Laem, Phetchaburi, Thailand, which doesn’t border to Cambodia...
I'm from Poland. I activated another 90 days. I had very basic certificate - something like certificate due to Covid, temperature, respiratory symptoms, cough...
