Exactly the same as in Prachuap Khiri Kahn. Just done mine. There is however one major thing that isn't stated on the list.I found out the hard way. If you rent from a non Thai as in my case they required 4 additional documents
- Company registration
- Percentage of ownership of all parties
- House deeds
- Bill of sale of the house
Apparently my previous TM 30 registration without all of these documents wasn't suciffent.

Yeah i spoke to Nakhon Ratchasima about the insurance and they said the exact same thing. Quite surprising

Mix it all up. ONLY the Extension of Stay after entry with the Non Immigrant O-A or O-X visa has an health insurance as requirement.
All other Extension of Stay application does not have insurance requiment.
If you leave Thailand during an Extension of Stay using a Re-Entry Permit the rules do NOT change, you get a new stamp with the same permitted up to date.
BUT if you come to Thailand, you need at the moment a Thailand pass, which has NOTHING to do with your visa or Extension of Stay, the reason why it is not discussed on this page. Please do not mix the requirements for a Thailand pass and a Visa.
It is like entering a shop, at the moment you need money to pay and a mask to cover your mouth, totally two different things which has nothing to do with each other, other than how to get into a shop.
I do not like asking this question but I'd like to clarify at the expense of being redundant. I'm prepping a one year extension of my retirement visa in Pattaya during the first half of December. Is insurance a requirement? What I'm asking (I assume) is this : is a retirement visa classified as a Non-Imm O-A or O-X? Sorry but I'm new to this and want to make sure I have all my requirements met. Thanks in advance for the advice and information.
a Non Immigrant Visa O-A or O-X is a sticker you got from the Embassy attached in your passport before you went to Thailand.

So what happens when you have this visa and go back to your own country for a holiday, obtaining an re-entry permit before you leave so the visa is still in force when you return. Will you need insurance when you arrive back?
The only common extension of stay that requires health insurance is a one year extension of stay based on retirement from a Non-OA visa.
If a person gets an extension of stay based on marriage, they do NOT need heath insurance. They only need health insurance if they leave Thailand and return to Thailand.
