Morning. I’m on a non o multi entry visa for 1 year. With the 800 k in the bank. Is it true that you can’t go below 400 k at any time in that 12 month period please. I thought you just had to have 800 in 3 months before renewal but heard you can’t go below 400 at any time

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-O multi-entry visa requires that the holder maintains a minimum balance of 400,000 baht in their Thai bank account throughout the 12-month period after receiving the visa extension, following a prior condition of having 800,000 baht for at least two months before applying for the extension.

if you are you on a 90 day Non-O and a year extension w/a re-entry permit that you got from the immigration office where you live by showing proof of funds the seasoning for banked money method is like this:
800K baht in a thai bank account for 2 months BEFORE you apply for the year extension.
Then the 800K baht has to stay in the account for 3 months AFTER the extension was granted
and
after that the balance can't go below 400K baht the rest of the year <- until the following year you get it back up to 800k baht 2 months before you apply for the next year extension
