TLDR : Answer Summary
For those considering a border run from Hua Hin, several options and tips were shared by community members. Lime Tours offers a well-run day trip to Myanmar, while another suggestion included traveling to Ranong with preparations such as a fake air ticket, proof of accommodation, and cash. It's noted that the immigration officials may be challenging to communicate with in certain locations. Other services like Visa Run Huahin provide comprehensive support for these trips, using comfortable transport. There was also a query regarding border runs to Malaysia, but one user confirmed that such runs are not available from Hua Hin.

Probably Ranong, prepare fake air ticket, 20k cash and proof of accommodation. Be aware immigration lady is deaf there, I have non-o visa and couldn't explain I don't need air ticket with that.
you could get a 60-days family visit extension if you were on a family visa class. Or you apply for the 1-year extension, this needs either 400,000 THB in your bank account. I read that you got that money in a mutual fund account. Most Immigrations will only accept the deposit in a savings account. Jomtien is the sh...tiest office of them all
before July 15, 2024, the visa exempt entry gave you 30 days admitted stay which you were able to extend for 30 more days. After the change from 30 days to 60 days visa-exempt entry, Immigration has upped their policies, they have already refused entry for hundreds of people who try to do consecutive visa-exempt entries.
you can do two visa exempt entries plus two 30-days extensions as the maximum, within a 365-days period . . after that you will be denied entry. Who told you you could milk 8 months of of visa exempt entries? Have you not been following the reports in the visa advice groups ?
365-days Multi Entry Non-Imm-O visas were discontinued by October 30, 2023 . . so you obviously have one of the LAST multi entry Non-Imm-O visa that were handed out in 2023 and you did your last border bounce to activate the last 90 days. After that you need a solution if you wish to stay permanently or longer
nope, you won't be able to milk 8 months out of visa exempt entries. Forget it. . . . . . .It is all over the groups that you can't do that . . . . . You could do it with a multi entry tourist visa, however not consecutively, you would need to stay abraod for 4-5 months in between two METV
Ranong is where Lime tours take you and you won't do it cheaper alone ,plus I think immigration there approves it with line,so it's the only sure way as well 🙏🏽it was a very well organised day trip
