Wise is the best IMHO because it has lowest fees, but also gives you a better exchange rate than other services, like Western Union. They even let you compare their rates to others to show you how much money you are saving on the transfer.

2 of 1 XRP (fraction of a US dollar). SCB Bank in Thailand also does a cross-border remittance service now as well which runs on the RippleNet system. That’s 88 THB so just under $3.
