Been looking at the Thailand UK consulate website, there doesn't appear to be any option for a multi entry Non-O 90 day visa. Please advise.

How do I make an application for a "Non-Immigrant Type O (Retirement (pensioner aged 50 or above with a state pension who wants to stay in Thailand for no longer than 90 days) - single entry only)"???

The only option in the E-Visa Application process on the Thai eVisa website is for a Tourist Visa (TR). I have double-checked that all my personal details have been correctly entered.

you need to check to see if you have any pending previous attempts to use the system :/ If you do that's messing up your ability to choose the visa you need

Done mine yesterday at Hull you can only get single entry in the UK.scan all required documents to Thai consulate, they will then apply to the Thai embassy in London , when you get the ok you will have to go to Hull in person to pay in cash only, they will issue the visa good luck.

Okay, Sodi, I was telling you to GO to the thai consulate in either Savannakhet Lao or HCMC Vietnam and get a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage to a thai without showing ANY proof of funds.

Forget anything inside the country visa/extension-wise because you can't do it without the money in the bank being in thailand.

This is the easiest option. That visa will give you unlimited entries to thailand of 90 days each entry for the validity of the visa (a year from the date you get it).

 it's ok. I never wanted you to travel to Liverpool or Hull and be stuck there for 4 or 5 day's while they got clearance from London

 don't get confused with 1 month and 3 months evidence. 1 month is only applicable if your in receipt of a state pension (Not a private pension)

Non-Immigrant Type O (Retirement (pensioner aged 50 or above with a state pension who wants to stay in Thailand for no longer than 90 days) - single entry only)

Financial evidence e.g. A copy of pension statement if the applicant is a pensioner, or a copy of 1-month bank statement showing your income from pension, or 3-month bank statement of at least £10,000.

Confirmation of legal residence in the UK or Ireland.

 yes he can. Needs 3 months of bank statements £10k sterling in a UK Bank account if he's not in receipt of a state pension for being over 65 year's old

In order to take this option: "You could transfer in to the country 800K baht and then get a Non-O visa and year extension based on being over 50.", would the funds not need to be in a Thai Bank Account at least 2 months prior to making the application? I only managed to open a Thai bank account yesterday, although my personal UK Bank Account shows sufficient funds but only from 14th August.

This is not an option as I am separated from my Thai wife and she will not assist with the following requirements:

5. A copy of Thai house registration of spouse/parent or child

6. A copy of Thai ID card of spouse/parent

 if you're wanting to get a year long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage to a thai you can get one from the thai consulates in Savannakhet Lao or HCMC Vietnam without any proof of funds. They ONLY issue a year-long, multi-entry based on marriage, not raising kids, not visiting family.

You could also get the year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on raising half thai kids at the thai consulate in Penang Malaysia but you need to show proof of 400K baht in a bank account.

if you apply at a Thai Consulate or Embassy you need the money in a bank, does not matter where in the world. If you apply for a visa or Extension of Stay inside Thailand at an Immigration Office the money must be in a Thai bank account on your name

Tod Daniels do the funds needs to be in a Thai bank account? Also, my Thai wife and I are separated and if I require anything from her to either obtain the visa or whilst in country I cannot rely on her. I have sufficient banked funds in my UK personal bank account, but only since 14th August 2019. In an ideal world what I am looking for is a 1-year multi-entry visa , prefer not to have the A-O as I don't want to pay for additional medical insurance. Also, I am flying back to the UK on 8th Nov and want fly back to Thailand 26th Nov, so my timeframe is tight. I last entered Thailand 14th October and got questioned by a senior IO, as I've had a few visa exempt (tourist) visits this year already, before being stamped in for another 30 days and told last one, next time you need to have a visa. I am 54 UK passport holder.

Correct, that visa option is not available, alternative a Single Entry Non Immigrant O visa and get 90 days on entry and then apply for Extension of Stay

Issue of the one year Multi-Entry non immigrant O Visa was stoppped worldwide in early 2016... EXCEPT in the UK where issue only stopped recently.

Nothing changed, There has never been a multiple entry visa valid for 90 days, with multiple entry it was and is always 1 year valid visa. And 1 year Non Immigrant O visa is not available any more in London
