Hearing on YouTube Laos no longer issuing VOA’s at certain borders, including Savannakhet. Any confirmation? Not strictly a Thai Visa question, but of concern to members for obvious reasons.

Tod is right, in view of Savannakhet is is the Airport that does not issue VOA to Laos. The border at the Friendship Bridge 2 is oprerating as usual and are happy to issue a Laos Visa on Arrival. .

The ONLY entry point that would affect anyone would be the Savannakhet Airport no longer issuing VOA's when you fly in.

Other than that I doubt most people could find the borders that are stopping VOA's entering Lao. One is in Loei and one is in Nan.
