You can get a re-entry permit (NOT a re-entry visa) at Suvarnabhumi Airport. it is past the immigration desk. Let the immigration officer on duty that you want a re-entry permit. The cost is 1,000 THB if you have the forms, or 1,200 THB if you let them fill the forms for you.

The desk is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
