TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the possibility of border bouncing from Ranong to Victoria Point in Burma, especially for three people with different visa statuses. A comment suggests that while the exact location of Victoria Point is unclear, boats regularly travel to Kawthaung, which has an immigration office upon arrival.

I'm not sure what Victoria point is but the boats go to the Andaman Club and Kawthaung on a daily basis. Kawthaung has an immigration office as you step off the boat at the pier.

Thanks Ivan McAvinchey. I never knew that and I've been there lots of times fishing. We do the visas and permits with the boat there.

Victoria Point is the old British name for Kawthaung.
