Just a little follow up on my Retirement extension. I thought it was 3 month bank statement they wanted, but it's one year.. my bad. I have corrected that, BUT im getting in need of time. I fly saturday so i have only tomorrow. Im confident i will get the extension. My original visa runs to dec 12, and my multiple entry runs to about same time. SO, will i be ok to go back to europe and return to BKK on the 6 of december on my valid multible entry ?.. or will i need to push to get a new multible entry tomrrow.. Sorry if in not super clear in my explanition and thanks in advance for the big help here :-)) ..

Be sure to allow time to get the 1 year bank statement. Bangkok Bank in Chiang Mai requires one week to get it.

I'd be concerned if you can get your revised bank letter and statement in time since some banks take time for that

they have to be issued usually within a week of when you apply. I doubt you can use the same ones when you return. Too old

bank statement issued today. Officer at immigration said come tomorrow morning and will sort extension as well tomorrow. So. If all goes well I’m home safe.

And I'd try and get back a few days before that date to allow time to process the extension

Your multiple re-entry permit will be valid until the date on it. You will be fine as long as you are back on or before that date. Just make sure you are stamped in until the new extension date when you enter Thailand.

sweet. I think all will be good. Getting extension tomorrow morning and then doing the new multiple after returning. Just want to avoid having a canceled visa
