It is not particularly difficult to obtain a Thai Pass when spending Days 1 and 5 in separate hotels. You need to ensure booking your SHA+ hotel in Phuket for Day 1, along with a COVID test, and an SHA Extra Plus hotel in Chiang Mai for Day 5, which must also include a COVID test. All documentation must be submitted with your Thailand Pass application. As of March 1st, the requirement for a second COVID test on Day 5 has been lifted.
