Hello everyone,

I'm coming next week to my favorite country with a retirement visa non OA one year multiple entries... I understand there is a T30 form to be filled within 24h at immigration.... I also understand that some provinces are very strict on enforcing the T30, for example Chonburi Pattaya and that some basically don't care much like Bangkok.... I live I Ban Phe, Rayong province and the immigration office I should be using is situated in Mataput... Does anyone has experience in wether this specific immigration office is strictly enforcing the T30 form? It would be very interesting for me to receive feedback from Mataput users on this specific issue... Thanks a lot in advance and long life this group... 😊 😊 😊

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post seeks insights on the enforcement of the TM30 form at the Mataput immigration office, particularly for holders of a retirement visa (NON-O). The author, who will be arriving soon in Thailand, notes variations in enforcement across different provinces, mentioning Chonburi as strict and Bangkok as more lenient. They request feedback from others who have experience with the Mataput office regarding its enforcement practices.

I would say just visit them, get to know them, ask if you can do the 90 day reports online, by mail or to visit them. Bring the TM30 form, if needed you're done and ask when to report again, f.e. every exit and entry into Thailand. If they do not care the TM30 form at least you have some valid first hand information and can enjoy your stay.

They might shoot you. But just in the foot or somewhere where it won’t kill you.
