Just returned to Chiang Mai on a 30 day Visa exempt. Previously lived here on a Non Immigrant OA and extensions and wish to change to Non Immigrant O Visa for retirement. How soon can I go to Immigration to present my documents. Is it 15 days or less?.

You need to have at least 15 WORKING days (21 calendar days) or MORE with your current stamp to be able to apply for an in-country visa in Chiang Mai. Go as soon as possible.
