TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for your visa extension in Thailand, it's advisable to visit the immigration office at least a week or a few days before your current visa expires. In your case, since your extension due date is September 24th, aim to go before September 19th to avoid any issues with missing documents or processing delays.
thats great thank you for your help, can I trouble you and ask what paperwork I need for my 30 days and what paperwork I would need for my covid extension, thank you

I (for covid extension) go to jomtien 14 days before for new stamp (under consideration)
