I'm new to this group, I'm hoping someone can help please!
*update*
Sorry I wasn't very specific before. I lived in Thailand for 6 months and now I am back permanently in the UK. I have downloaded these forms online to send in the post to Bangkok to get my thai police check.
Has anyone had any experienxe completing these?
I'm a little confused on the signatures for each page. π€π€π€
I'm guessing number 1 and number 2 is my signature, and signature 3 and 4 would be UK local police department who have taken my fingerprints?
Thanks for any input

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user, who previously lived in Thailand for six months and is now back in the UK, seeks advice on completing Thai police check forms. They are unsure about the appropriate signatures required on each page of the forms. Comments from the community provide suggestions, including obtaining the police certificate in Bangkok, bringing necessary documents, and the importance of booking an appointment to avoid long queues.
Just a heads up when I went there to get finger prints etc done I had to queue for a whike but you can book an apointement online firet and avoid the queue! (my school did all the paper work for me so I can't helpnthere, but you will need a copy of you passport which I didn't have then had to go and get and got sent back to back of the queue!)
thanks sorry should have said I'm in the UK. Thanks anyway! :)

If you are in BKK, go to The royal Thai police to get a Police clearance. Or call them first for docs needed. You can also fill up the form over there too. Just make sure to bring all prove of docs.
