There is TM30 in the picture of the app. Does anyone know if it's possible to do TM30s with it yourself? So you don't have to rely on a landlord.

You do not have to make an appointment at the office to do 90 day report on line. You can make an appointment if you do the 90 day report in the office in person.

because I personally just registered so that I can do my online 90 day reporting... it's the same new site.

I did read that it can take up to a couple of hours to receive the first email (after 'registering') ... I registered 20 minutes ago, still no email
