TLDR : Answer Summary
To report your 90-day retirement status online in Samut Prakan, you can use the immigration web portal at [this link](https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do). Both Android and iPhone applications are available for this process, though some users have reported issues with the app. Currently, the online system is operational. If you have reported in person before, no additional documents are needed for online reporting. However, if you face issues, several troubleshooting techniques are suggested. If the online system fails, you might have to visit the immigration office in person.

IF you already done a report in person, you should be able to use the online system. There is no documents you need to submit.
If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND youâre between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.
1. Make sure youâre filling in the information, and only the information, requested.
2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly
3. Turn off any pop-up blockers
4. Turn off any auto-translate
5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications
6. If youâre using one of the applications, use the web-based system
7. If youâre using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.
8. Make sure your web browser isnât automatically filling in the forms.
9. Make sure you arenât confusing âOâ(Oh) with â0â (zero)
10. If youâre keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box
If the system still doesnât work, then you may need to file it in person.
