Hello guys, I have a question about visa - how does it work if I want to stay a week longer after my two months visa + one month extension? I've heard in the past you can just go to immigration and get another a week long stamp for 1900Baht. Does anyone have an experience with this? πππ

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the process of obtaining a 7-day extension for a visa in Thailand after the initial two months and one month extension. Users clarify that it is possible to request a 7-day extension for 1900 Baht at the immigration office, which is typically granted regardless of previous extensions, as long as you apply before the current visa expires. There are considerations regarding the type of visa held, as well as reassurance that a 'denied extension stamp' is not considered an overstay.

Nothing to do with luck. You canβt be denied 7 day βextensionβ. The denial of a longer extension gives you the 7 days after your visa expires to leave the country. So basically yes, 1900 Baht guarantees you another 7 days

No, you can be denied to apply. There is no guarantee that you can make an application.
