tabian ban and pink card and also have work permit, 

so I want change non b to non o

so behalf of company charges will be less if I do

Are you married to a Thai? The only way you can work is if you're on a non-O based on marriage to a Thai.

If you're married to a Thai you would need to put 400,000 in a Thai bank account or bring proof that your salary is over 40,000 baht per month to immigration when it's time for your extensions. Then you can change from work extension to marriage extension.

the only type O visa extension you can get a work permit under is being married to a Thai. If you are not then you can not legally work. You could technically own the company, but you could not do any work legally as you wouldn't have a work permit.
