How can I apply for a TR60 visa from Luxembourg if I can't use the eVisa system?

I hope Mr. Admin will let me post this:

I want to request a TR60 but I can't use the eVisa system because I live in Luxembourg with French Passport. The system won't let me apply. And I don't want to travel to the Embassy in Belgium (or France) because of all the crazy restrictions.

So, I found this Visa Service:

They prepare the documents for you and you (myself in this case) send the documents and Passport to the Thai Embassy/Consulate that they communicate to you.

5 to 10 days later the Embassy sends back to Passport with Visa attached.

I would like to know if anyone has had experience with this company?

Does anyone see any problems here?

Has anyone had experience with this visa service?

Does someone know of other, similar services where I can avoid the Embassy trip?

I think the French embassy finally switched to evisa. When you're in the evisa system just put that your are French and in France. You can likely complete the application and get your visa by email.
