I arrive in Thailand 7 of March 

Got extension to 5 may. Am I covered until 31 Julay?

I think you showed up here with NO visa in your passport, were stamped in for 30 days and then got a 30 day extension on that for 1900baht taking you to 5th May..

AND

Yes you covered on the amnesty until no later than the 31st if July

IF you arrived here on a tourist visa <- which is something you BUY from a thai consulate before you come here you would have been stamped in for 60 days
