Hi all, I have just returned to Thailand from a three week trip overseas. I have returned to the same address. Does a new TM30 need to be submitted?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon returning to Thailand from an overseas trip, it is advisable to check with your local immigration office regarding the necessity of submitting a new TM30 form. While some offices may require a new submission, others might not. To ensure compliance, it is recommended to file a new TM30. Additionally, there are applications available that allow you to submit the form yourself.
Gary Howie For Chiang Mai, you need to report your return within 24 hours, landlord not needed. Normally they will put another stamp (or scrawled note) on your previous TM30 slip

I'm renting a house but the owner is difficult to contact. I will pop along to immigration on Monday and check. Thanks James
