Hi all, I have just returned to Thailand from a three week trip overseas. I have returned to the same address. Does a new TM30 need to be submitted?

You have to ask your local Thai immigration office for the answer.

Some require a new TM30 be filed while a few do not.

To be safe...file one.

Gary Howie For Chiang Mai, you need to report your return within 24 hours, landlord not needed. Normally they will put another stamp (or scrawled note) on your previous TM30 slip

are you the owner of a condo?

The owner of property is the one required...but many do not as they see to avoid taxation on rental income.

In many immigration offices they will allow self filing of the TM30...ask yours.
