Advice please guys,  do I have to re-new my Non O in Laos as before ? (based on marriage)  Thanks in advance.

Just to add I'm disabled and have been bed bound last 2 weeks so ran out of time to do anything in advance of my dates.

Do I have any other options ???

That has nothing to do with your 90 day reporting :/ Nor do you have a Non-O visa at all. You have a yearly extension of stay based on marriage to a thai issued on the 4th of April which expires on the 7th of March.

You need to apply for a new yearly extension of stay at the Sakhon Nakhon immigration office like you did last year. And you have TWO days to do it before you're on overstay.

, (y) good, that should buy you the time you need to get up and about so you can get your yearly extension. Remember you can get as many medical extensions as you need but they can only be for a maximum of 90 days at a time.

You won't need a new visa or anything when you go apply for the yearly extension, you can do that at the end of a medical extension without a problem.

I can't travel and my wife's getting a temporary 90 day medical extension based on me being bed bound,unable to walk or move, from Sakhon Nakhon tomorrow with medical certificate and signed passport copies etc

A friend/spouse can go to Thai immigration for your 90-day reporting requirement.
