I'm was hoping to do my first 90 day reporting today for my second year of a OA visa at Muang Thong Thani immigration.
Do I need to provide a TM 30? My apartment manager is on holiday and he's the only one who has access to the system.
Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When performing your 90-day reporting for the OA visa, it is generally unnecessary to provide a TM 30 if your apartment manager registered your address within the required timeframe upon your arrival. Even if the manager is not available, as long as you have been consistently reporting from the same address, the immigration office may not require a new TM 30. You can also consider using the new online system for reporting, which might streamline the process.

When you arrived at your address the apartment manager should have done this address registration within 24 hours. You can use the copy of this registration as long as you live on that address, there is no need to make a new registration before every visit to Immigration.

If you've been doing 90 day reports this whole time using that address, they probably won't require it BUT the could.
I'd try the new online system first and see if you get it approved or not, and then if not go apply in person
I used the 90 day online reporting portal. I was successful in obtaining the first 90 day report on my OA Visa second year. Applied 20th returned 23rd. No requirements to attend BKK immigration.
