A quick question if that's OK. I'm on a 1 year Non O retirement visa. My first 90 day report is due in a few weeks. Can someone please confirm that this has to be done in person. I'm in Chiang Mai so will use the drive through facility. What documents will I need aside from my passport and TM30.

It can't hurt to try but I think it has to be in person if it's (a) your first time, or (b) your first time using a new passport.

Given that we now know it's not integrated with the main immigration system, I'm guessing your first visit is where they capture your passport details/image(s) and put them in the TM47 system.

try to file it online First... then IF not successful go to the Chiang Mai Thai Immigration office to file it.
