Do I need to file a 90-day report with a Non-O visa if my extension is pending?

Good morning all. 

I have a 1 year multi entry non-O based on marriage. Last entry March 2nd, stamped in until May 30th. I am heading to CW this week to get the 60 day in-country extension.

In advance of this I tried to do my 90 day report online yesterday. It just got declined; reason:

"No extension visa. No 90 days."

Any ideas? Does this mean I'm not required to do the report because I'm on this type of visa?

There is a good chance when you go to the immigration office to get the 60 day visit thai family extension you are gonna be pressured to do nothing "drink the Kool Aid" :O and take the free fairy tale amnesty until no later than July 31st.

Tell them you WANT to get the hard stamp extension (they will probably make you sign a paper stating you know you can get amnesty but you want the extension instead).

and just so you're clear. There is nothing wrong at all with doing nothing and taking the free amnesty they offer. Seeing as your 60 day visit family stamp would run almost until the amnesty that you'd get for free.
