Hi Guys, sorry I wasn't able to find a related post. My Extension of Stay on my ED-Visa is coming to an end on 23 May. I just want to confirm if I need to cancel my ED-visa and if I do I will automatically then fall under the Covid Amnesty extension. Thank you in advance for your advice.

You're not getting the documents from your school and extending it because your study is ending, right?

If that is the case, then yes, you get a letter from your school stating you are no longer going to be studying on xxx date. You go to the immigration office a week or so before that date, they will cancel your current extension, stamp you in until the date on the letter from the school and then you will go on the amnesty after that..
